Once that meeting is complete your documents will be made electronically available to you in PDF format so that you can execute the documents in accordance with the laws of your area. No other service is not part of this agreement unless a separate and new engagement letter or fee agreement is signed with Pennington Law. You are expressly authorizing an Estate Planning Coordinator (EPC) that is an attorney or paralegal employed by Pennington Law to transcribe your answers from your online questionnaire into the software that Pennington Law uses to draft its estate planning documents for its clients and you will receive a 30 minute phone call or Zoom call with an EPC to ensure that you agree with the DIY documents generated by Pennington Law’s third party software and to authorize the EPC to make any final changes to the DIY document that you deem necessary. The documents will then be provided to you for downloading through Pennington Law’s secure portal. You can print out the document(s) you buy and prepare them by writing information by hand or using the typed version from the software. The purpose of the software is to enable you to prepare your own legal documents online by an EPC that is skilled in formatting the documents from the software rather than writing information by hand. Once submitted to you in Pennington Law’s portal, you will be able to print them out, download them, email them (after you download them). You will be able to email your document(s) to your attorney or print them out and take them to your attorney. That way, you can get your attorney's advice on whether and how the document(s) fit your particular situation.
